Refund will only apply for those items that are not in the swimwear collection due to hygiene. Refund will only apply for tops, dresses, rompers, bottoms and cover ups. To make a claim you will have 7 days from your delivery date. Before starting a refund process we will need the pictures of the damaged items so our team can make the refund process if applies. The item purchased cannot have signs that has been used and needs to have all their tags before making a claim.
